Cat and cow

I’ve had a few requests for some yoga tips and ideas so here’s the first….Raise from child’s pose by pulling in your core, shifting forward on your arms and curving you’re back until you reach your extension. Roll down into a neutural spine before tilting your pelvis into cat pose. Come back into neutral spine and your in a great place to straighten your legs into down dog and get ready for a chaturanga!
